Directions For Use:
For seasonal sicknesses, put in 2-3 drops of Sweet Marjoram Essential Oil into 1 ounce of milk or 1 teaspoon of a carrier oil. For a Sweet Marjoram bath, add 2-3 into 1 ounce of milk or 1 teaspoon of a carrier oil and then add that to a 1/2 cup of Epsom salts in a warm tub. For topical use, add this oil to a carrier oil or lotion and apply it onto the skin to relieve yourself of sore and tense muscles.
